DJC @ National England Training(REDS) - Walsall

Sunday the 3rd of June saw the DJC REDS players head up to Walsall for the National training weekend,

a 2.30am wake up time for Andy who was designated bus driver saw the players rather bleary eyed picked up from Tavistock and Plymouth and then headed up the M5 to arrive at the GB Centre of Excellence at Walsall.

DJC had 2 of our coaches joining the players for this session with DJC Head Coach Mike and Ros providing support to the England Coaches,

All the players worked very hard, slight niggles were picked up by Olivia which is hopefully nothing serious and Lottie did very well on her return from injury lasting virtually the whole session

We are now building towards the Commonwealth Championships in September and the British Championships in December and these type of training opportunities are an essential part of that preparation.

We now look forward to the next REDS training session
