DJC appoint Will Kidd as new Club Vice-Captain

Our first session officially back after the holidays saw the appointment of a new Club Vice-Captain for the next 12 months.

After considering all of the options our Head Coach Mike has made the decision that Will Kidd will be appointed

At this time we would like to say a massive thankyou to Daisy who has spent the last 12 months in the role(and who's Judo has improved tremendously)

The role of the Vice Captain of DJC is mainly to act as a role model and motivator to younger members of the club, Will seems to have already applied this straight away as he was seen doing press-ups whilst waiting for a randori during the session last night!

Will was a founder member of DJC and is the longest serving member of the LifeCentre Class having joined when he was 4 years old, now at the ripe old age of 11 his journey continues, he is a very popular member and we are sure that he will embrace the role
